Albert F. Chanese is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in the State of New Jersey holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute. I have served on several local and national committees with the Appraisal Institute and is a past president of the Metro New Jersey Chapter.

I am the principal and sole owner of New Jersey Realty Advisory Group, LLC, a full service real estate appraisal company located in Perth Amboy, New Jerey.

With over 35 years of experience, I have experience in an array of property types, ranging form residential homes, to multi-million dollar industrial, retail of office properties.

My area of specialization is in the valuation of real estate for Institutional Lenders, Tax Appeals, Condemnation Proceeding, Litgation and Estate Ealuation. I have qualified in the State Tax Courts, Superior Courts, Commissioner Hearings and County Tax Boards. I have acted as a consultant to New Jersey Transit in the development of the Hudson County Light Rail System. Over the past fifteen years, I have worked with the US Army Corps of Engeneers in the valuation prepoerties located in various flood prone areas of the State, including Bound Brook, Lincoln Park, Wayne Township and Middlesex Borough.
